होम के और कई क्लास से लगती थी। जैसे खाना पकाने की क्लास यानी फ़ास्ट फ़ूड बनाने की क्लास जिसमें कैसे चाउमिन और समोसा, मोमोज, छोले भटूरे,  ब्रेड पकोड़े , चाउमिन रोल, एग रोल, कचौड

आदि बनाना सीखाया जाता था। मैने भी सीखने के लिए अपना नाम लिखवा लिया और बनाना भी सीखा लेकिन मैंने खाना पकाने की क्लास सिर्फ खाना खाने के लिए या यूं कहे कि फास्ट फूड खाने के लिए ही ज्वाईन किया था। बनाते कैसे है इसपे मेरा ध्यान कम रहता था। जो भी कुकिंग क्लास में बनता उसे टेस्ट करने की कोशिश जरूर करता। कूकिंग क्लास की खाने की लीस्ट अलग थी। हर रोज अलग - अलग फास्ट फूड बनते थे। चाऊमीन एग़ रोल तो मै हर रोज बनाता था। जो हम लोग कूकिंग क्लास में बनाते वही हम शाम को नाश्ते में लडको को देते थे। ताकि लडके खाके बताए कैसा बना है। कमिने कुछ तो बोलते जैसे कमीनों ने  किसी दूसरी दुनिया का बनाया चाउमिन खा लिया है। कमिने मेरे दोस्त तो चार गाली अलग से देते और खाने के बाद बोलते कि इतना बकवास किसने बनाया है। होम में मेरा एक और शौख था। पूरी फिश फ्राई करना और पूरा चिकेन फ्राइ करना। लेकिन साला कभी भी टिवी में जैसा दिखता था वैसा नहीं बना अगली बार जरूर बनेगा ये सोचकर अगली बार केसे बनाना है। 

इसकी प्लैनिंग सुरु करता था। होम में फिश और चिकन बनने में बेस्ट दीपक कमीना था। उसके जैसा फिश करी कोई नहीं बना पाता था। और चिकन करी भी।
