हवाल सिंह ने साइकल कबाड़ी वाले से मांगा लेकिन कबाड़ी वाले ने साइकल देने से मना कर दिया। हवाल सिंह होम में आया तो उसने बताया कि पप्पू उसकी साइकल कबाड़ी वाले को बेचकर भाग गया। और कबाड़ी वाला उन्हें साइकल देने से मना कर रहा है। फिर होम से केयर टेकर बाले सर के साथ गया। बाले सर की काफी जान पहचान थी नरेला में बालेे सर ने कबाड़ी वाले को समझाया तो कबाड़ी वाला मान गया। उसने ८०० रुपए लेकर साइकल वापस कर दिया। फिर हवाल सिंह साइकल लेकर होम में आया और होम के एक लडके को हॉस्पिटल राजा हरिश्चनद्र ले जाकर झूठ का रिपोर्ट में ये लिखा कि पप्पू हॉस्पिटल से भाग गया है। उसके बाद से तो किसी ने किसी भी लडके को भी बाहर नहीं जाने दिया एक दिन होम में नए लडके रेलवे स्टेशन से पकड़ कर लाए गए थे। उन सब को डराने के लिए राज सिंह ने एक तगड़े से दिखने वाले लडके से कहा कि तू मुझे भागने वाला लगता है। तो उसने कहा कि मोका मिलेगा तो भाग जाएगा लेकिन राज सिंह ने उससे कहा कि में तुझे गेट से बाहर निकालता हूं। तू मुझे भाग कर दिखा तू भागने के बाद पकड़ में आ गया तो बहुत पिटेगा और मुर्गा बनाके मार पड़ेगी उसने कहा ठीक है। किसी ने राज सिंह को चैलेंज नहीं किया था ओ पहला लड़का था। जिसने राज सिंह को चैलेंज किया था। राज सिंह ने उसे जोश - जोश में मेन गेट से बाहर निकाला बाहर निकलते ही उसने राज सिंह का हाथ झटका और भाग गया। राज सिंह भी उसके पीछे दौड़ा लेकिन वो लड़का पकड़ में नहीं आया और भाग गया उसे ढूंढने केयर टेकर और गार्ड भी गए लेकिन वो पकड़ में नहीं आया। उस दिन के बाद किसी लडके को राज सिंह ने चैलेंज नहीं किया।
