मगध लीला होम कि लेडी केयर टेकर जो हंसराज सर के साथ लड़कों को स्कूल ले जाती थी। और स्कूल ड्रेस की जिम्मेदारी उनकी थी। खत्री सर जो केयर टेकर थे। उनकी जॉब थी बीमार लड़कों को हॉस्पिटल ले जाना। धन सिंघ होम केयर टेकर स्कूल जाने के बाद जो लडके बच जाते थे। उन्हें होम में नियंत्रण करना या कहे कि होम में देखभाल करना। हरी प्रशाद होम में साफ सफाई की जिम्मेदारी थी लेकिन वो करने के बजाय लड़कों से करवाता था। और जो उसकी बट नहीं मानता था उस उसे बहुत बुरी तरह से मारता था। किचेन कुक में मंगल सिंघ और टूल्ली सिंह , मंगल सिंघ किचेन में कुक था। लेकिन किचेन में काम लडके करते थे। अगर नहीं मानते थे तो उन्हें किचेन के पलटे (जिससे चावल घुमाते है) उससे पीटता और थप्पड़ लात घुसे उठा कर पटकना जिससे लडके डरते थे। टुल्ली को लडके टूल्ली बापू बोलते थे। टूल्ली बापू समोसे पकोड़े , मिठाई इन चीजों की लालच देकर काम करवाता था। सबसे लास्ट और होम इंचार्ज ' नेकी सर जिससे सबसे ज्यादा बुरा मानते थे। वो इसलिए को होम कोई भी चीज न्यू मिलता किसी त्यौंहार के दिन जैसे कपडे, जूते, तो नेकी सर उसे दो तीन घंटे बाद सभी से ले लेते और स्टोर में पैक कर देते फिर वो चीज कभी दोबारा नहीं मिलती थी। इसलिए सभी लडके उन्हें सबसे बुरा मानते थे। मदन भाई केयर टेकर थे उनका काम होम में सुबह आके प्राथना, पिटी करना इसके अलावा और भी स्टाफ गार्ड और गार्ड सुपरवाइजर थे कभी कभी लगता कि होम के स्टाफ कॉम्पिटिशन कर रहे हो कि को ज्यादा लड़कों को पीटता है। मारता तो हर कोई था। इसलिए स्टाफ आपस में बना कर रखते थे जिससे कभी चेकिंग आए थे कोई भी स्टाफ एक दूसरे की बुराई ना करे।
