उस दिन हॉस्पिटल में आपातकाल में इंजेक्शन ख़ाके ये समझ में आया कि अपातकाल में जीतन बीमारी बताओगे। उतने ही इंजेक्शन खाओगे। एक बार मुझे अकेले को दो मंथ के लिए कमरे में बंद किया किया कहा था। हुआ ऎसा की मुझे चेचक हो गया था। पूरे शरीर पर चेचक के दाने हो गए थे छाले जैसे चेचक के छाले अगर गलती से फूट जाए तो जलन बहुत होती है। मुझे ये रोग किसी बाहर के लडके से हुआ था। क्योंकि होम किसी को नहीं हुआ था। किसी और को ना फैले इसलिए मुझे एक कमरे में बंद कर दिया मेरे पुराने कपड़े जला दिया। नए कपडे किसी को छू नहीं सकता था। रूम के अंदर ही सब कुछ था खाना देने के लिए गेट खोलते और खाना देने के बाद दोबारा गेट बंद। खाना वो भी बिना नमक का और बिना मसालों के सबसे ज्यादा खाने को दलिया दिया जाता था। जो मुझे बिल्कुल भी पसंद नहीं था। लेकिन क्या करू और कुछ कर भी नहीं सकता था। बाहर निकलने की इजाजत नहीं थी। कुछ हप्तो बाद चेचक पूरे बॉडी पर फैल गया। छाले बड़े बड़े हो गए थे। यहां तक कि मेरे जीभ पर भी छाले हो गए कुछ खाया नहीं जा रहा था। जिसकी वजह से मै बहुत कमजोर हो गया था। मुझे खाना खिलाने के लिए खाने को मिक्सी में जूस बना कर मुझे पिलाते थे। धीरे धीरे मै ठीक होने लगा और कुछ दिन बाद मै ठीक हो गया। बॉडी पर चेचक के निशान बहुत भद्दे लग रहे थे। डॉक्टर ने कहा कि कुछ महीने या साल लग सकते है। ये चेचक के निशान जाने में।

Everything was inside the room, opening the gate to give food and after giving food, the gate closed again. Food that was eaten without salt and without spices was the most eaten porridge. Which I did not like at all. But what could I do and not do anything? No exit was allowed. After a few weeks smallpox spread all over the body. The blisters had become very large. Even the blisters on my tongue were not being eaten. Because of which I became very weak. To feed me food, I used to make food in juice mixer and feed me. Gradually I started recovering and after a few days I recovered. Smallpox marks on the body looked very ugly. The doctor said that it may take a few months or even years. These go into the traces of smallpox.
