२००९ ये साल को एक घटना घटी थी। ओ घटना कुछ इस प्रकार है। २००९ में कोर्ट के कुछ ऑफिसर आये होम चेक करने चेक करके उन ऑफिसर ने होम खाली करके लड़कों को किसी और होम में शिफ्ट करने को कहा उनके रिपोर्ट के अनुसार होम कि इमारत जर्जर हो गई है। और उसे रिपेयर करने की आवश्कता है। जिसके कारण होम खाली करने का आदेश दिया था। खाली करने के लिए २ साल का टाइम था। और इसी कारण हर महीने ३०-४० लडके अलग अलग होम में शिफ्ट किए जा रहे थे। इसी कारण गौर्ड ने अपनी डयूटी ठीक से करनी छोड़ दी थी। चुकी होम बंद होने जा रहा था। हर किसी को अपनी जॉब की पड़ी थी जो गवर्मेंट के थे। वो तो होम के साथ ही कही और शिफ्ट हो जायेगे जो प्राइवेट एजेंसी कि तरफ़ से थे। उनको दिक्कत थी। इसी कारण या किसी और कारण केयर टेकर से लेकर गार्ड तक ठीक से डयूटी नहीं कर रहे थे। उस समय मुन्ना टाइम और जयराम बाहर से सीडी/डीवीडी लाते थे। मूवीज देखने के लिए वैसे होम में केवल कन्नेक्सन था। पर एक जैसे मूवीज देख के बोर हो गए थे। तो जयराम और मुन्ना टाइम पास बाहर से सीडी/डीवीडी लाते थे। उस समय होम में करीब १५० लडके थे। हम लोग पूरी रात मूवीज देखते थे। फिर दिन भर सोते थे। उस समय गांधी जी नाम के केयर टेकर की डयूटी थी। गांधी जी की उम्र करीब ५५ के आस पास होगी। उसी साल उनका रिटायरमेंट होने वाला था।

In 2009, some officers of the court came to check the home and after checking the house, those officers asked to vacate the house and shift the boys to some other house, according to their report, the building of the house has become dilapidated. And it needs to be repaired. Due to which the house was ordered to be evacuated. There was 2 years to empty. And for this reason every month, 30-40 boys were being shifted to different homes. This is why Gourd gave up his duty properly. Chuki Home was going to be closed. Everyone had their jobs which belonged to the government. They will shift somewhere else along with home, which were from private agency. He had problems. For this reason or any other reason, from care taker to guard, they were not doing duty properly. At that time Munna Time and Jayaram used to bring CDs / DVDs from outside. However, there was only connexion in the home to watch movies. But I was bored watching movies like this. So Jayaram and Munna used to bring CDs / DVDs from the time pass. At that time there were about 150 boys in the home. We used to watch movies all night. Then used to sleep all day. At that time, there was a duty of a caretaker named Gandhi. Gandhiji's age will be around 55 years. He was about to retire in the same year.
