एक दिन हम लोग भट्टे पर गए ( जहां ईख को कड़ाहे में गुड़ बनाने के लिए उबलते है ) गाव वालो के साथ ईख छिलने के लिए बड़े लोग ईख काट रहे थे हम लोग पत्तो को ईख से अलग कर रहे थे साथ ही उपरी हिस्सा तोड़ कर अलग कर रहे थे साम तक काम करने के बाद हमने खेत में गाय छोड़ दिया गाय चरने लग गई फिर हम लोग भट्टे पर गए बिलकुल फ्रेश ईख का रस पिया फिर ऑलू कड़ाही में डाल दिया आलू में हमने छेद किए थे ताकि रस अन्दर तक जाए आलू पकने के बाद निकाला क्या स्वाद था यार क्या बताऊं हम लोग देर रात तक वहां रुके जब कड़ाहा उतरा उसमे से सारी गुड़ बनाने का माल निकाल लेने के बाद पानी डालने पर चींगा निकलता जो दातो में चिपकता उसके लिए तो छीना झपटी भी होती थी फिर उसका चाय कोई जवाब नहीं उस टाइम किसी चलते भट्टे के पास से गुजरो तो लोग खुद ही एक दो गिलास रख जबर जस्ती पीला देते थे लोगो में इंसानियत थी हम लोग गांव वालो का काम करते थे वो लोग बहुत सारी वेजिटेबल भेजते थे उनके खेत खोदने से वे खेत में उगी मटर चना के कुछ पोधे उखाड़ कर दे देते थे जिस हम लोग भून कर खाते थे कभी कच्चे चने और मटर को पोधे समेत भून कर खाओ या खाया तो कमेंट में बताओ।
English translate/
One day we went to the kiln (where the reed is boiling to make jaggery in the cauldron). Large people were cutting the reed to peel the reed with the villagers. We were separating the leaves from the reed as well as breaking the upper part. After working till we were separating, we left the cow in the field, the cow started grazing, then we went to the kiln and drank the juice of fresh reed, then put it in the allu pan, we had pierced the potatoes so that the juice could reach inside. After cooking, what was the taste, man, what should I tell? We stayed there till late night when the wok landed, after taking all the jaggery out of it, after pouring water, the cheinga would come out, which used to stick in the teeth and then it would have been snatched away.
